Craig and Thread, Court Transcripts: SanDisk vs. Lexar Media

I think it would be best if we continue to push ahead with inquiries at the court house or through the transcription services which are available. Please refrain from bombarding poor Sharon Spehar with inquiries!!!

If any material events arise it will likely be announced formally by either one or both parties.

Please recall that Lexar did a press release the Sunday after the Taiwan earthquake that was written (IMHO) to drive a nail in SanDisk's coffin and completely eliminate the possibility of a successful secondary offering. Also recall that the press release was sufficiently vague as to call into question the outcome of the infringement suit. As it turned out the actual decision was a non-event.

I trust Lexar about as far as I can throw them. In the end it is these types of tactics which will define and color the public's perception of Lexar's management.

Lexar = "questionable judgement"

SanDisk = "CLASS ACT"
