I forgot who would be attacking. Oh yeah -- you have a real winner company there QTEK - no financials, no company, a blown call, keep averaging down, take over a shell, no real numbers, out dated technology.

Actually, I suspect the float to be a bit larger as they went from 27,899,406 to 36,730,482 shares outstanding between their previous 10q and the 10k filed Friday. These guys must get a heckuva bill from Kinko's.
