Mike, it doesn't matter what he discloses. If you read my response to his post, you'll note immediately after posting on this thread he posted on the primetime shortselling thread. Why'd he immediately go to the shorties? It's called a one-two set-up! He posted on CNLG at 5:53 and on the shorties' thread at 5:56. Just that very action makes him as guilty or as wrongful as the allegations he's heaped on Conolog and its venture capital support. Maybe there is some truth to what he wrote. But just maybe they're twisted truths, or half-truths. Or maybe he's entirely in error and got caught in a chain-reactive conspiracy theory. Who knows? Was it balanced reporting? No. Was it distortive reporting? Well, he immediately went to the shorts with the information, didn't he? Is the government satisfied with Conolog's work? Are the utility companies such as the Bonneville Power Association or Boston Edison? General Electric? Is TruthSeeker telling us the government only does business with crooks? Did he interview anyone from the company? The company's clients? Again, the proper way to do something like the Truthseeker self-proclaims himself to do is to first contact the company and either print a comment from them, indicate they had no comment or accompany a statement from them with his document. Seems to me, based on the known evidence, all Truthseeker did was set the table for a classic short: knock the share price down and buy up the warrants super cheap. If Conolog is solid with its new business ventures and does have success with its contacts in the DSP/fiberoptics arena, just think of all the money that can be made by buying warrants for mere pennies. For sure a powerful enough company will easily get past any minor downside distraction Truthseeker would create. Because Truthseeker immediately went to the shorters, I'm left with the questions: Whose going to make the money shorting it on the way down? Whose going to buy up all the cheap shares and profit enormously after the company bounces back? Will it be Truthseeker himself? Will it be his buddies? His aunt? Uncle? Mom? Pop? Truthseeker's report will likely be followed by great bashing and seeds of doubt planted by the likes of Auric Goldfinger, et. al. Anyone happen to notice the irony that Truthseeker's report on CNLG was immediately followed by a bashfull comment from Mr. Goldfinger, another notorious shorter? (see article on Zsun lawsuit where both Truthseeker and Goldfinger get fingered).signonsandiego.com Never mind the mom and pop thing. What Truthseeker did was equivalent to a young child landing a blow on another young child, and then running in a whimper to mommy and daddy (in this case, the shorters) crying out how the other kid threw the punch. Heck. I might as well change my good-friendly natured name "PartyTime" to "The Judge" and start rendering verdicts on which stocks are just, which posters are sincere and what the good boards are. One thing I do know: This PartyTime Judge smells a fish and it's not Conolog. If anything, it looks like Conolog has become bait for the Truthseeker's shortline.
