thanks for posting article.........but this is nothing new..why didnt they look into these shenanigans years ago and fine them substantially not a little slap on the wrist ..Look i remember reading about someone who made Billions on insider trading..and what did the SEC do ???the guy was laughing all the way to the bank..Mr michael m was his name ....this was one person out of thousands so all we can do is be AWARE and at the same time make a few sheckels So how will this ever be cleaned up because THEY are all into this kind of BS
