In order for this suit to prevail, it seems the plaintiff would have to show evidence that DW and friends knew for a fact that the ENGA shares would double at that very point in time. And as talented as DW is, and as well as he can see into the internet's future, I doubt he can see into the market's immediate future. This is perhaps the last annoyance in the way of CMGI taking off on a steep rise. My short term vision has kicked in and I see $190 in early April (big grin). JMHO, Paul
