Zaxbowow, aka Sucker.. Here's Corel's numbers for Q1:

Operational loss of $18.652 million, or $0.28 per share.

If you add in the one time gain from the sale of stock in GOJO, then you get the headline numbers of ($12.401 million loss, or $0.19 per share). Even with the nice ($0.19) number, its still 3 cents wide from the estimates.

So tell me why you like this Corel/Inprise merger? If you are a big Corel investor, it makes a lot of sense. With a quarterly burn rate of $18 million and about the same amount in cash, Corel has another 3 months of operations without further financing. With INPR $250 million, they have it made. This deal stinks, unless you're a Corel shareholder.
