Manx....much ado about nothing new on todays 10K. Old news for most anyone familiar with the company. Now, on the issue of the current Q's earnings,
what do you or anyone else here think we're in for? Because the reality is, brace yourself for a flat Q IF Oshman's guidance is on track. He clearly stated this
in the last Q's abreviated conference as well as to expect profitability in the 2'nd Half of fiscal '00 and exponential growth in '01. For fiscal '00 I'd expect a
modest profit although the i.Lon could contribute to an upside surprise. Will have to wait until they address those numbers once they begin shipping. IMO, the
market is affording ELON it's market cap based on the respect for Oshman, his forward looking statements and the broad spectrum of platform adoption
we've seen of late. We're walking a fine line here and I trust the Upper ELON's will not allow this market cap to erode extensively, but any hint of negativity
could be detrimental. It is comforting to know who is running the show (Oshman, Markkula, Rock, etc) and realizing they've been there (ROLM, AAPL, INTC),
done that before.
