oohhh....good comeback. i was expecting something more on the lines of "my dad can beat up your dad" type drivel from you. i've done enough dd to satisfy myself...it's a niche product. An amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, from 40,000,000 to 80,000,000 shares. double down baby...7 come 11 XYBR needs a new pair of shoes. get a clue...this company is financed to the brink of extinction. 48 million in the hole from the last report and things don't look much better. It's a commercial product, currently in use. As of December 31, 1999 the Company had a negligible backlog of orders.
