I just looked...was not thinking of sebl for put selling, but the May 120s look good. (Except for my crazy AFFX play, I tend to be cautious when selling puts). What do you think?

Hi Jimbo.

I have owned SEBL for a while through calls which I exercised in February. This is a great gorilla stock that is down from its high only 10 days ago. I think this is a good dip to take advantage of. The stock is already down over 20% from its high on 3/8 and I think it is ready to make another run.

I think that part of the reason for the pullback was Oracles earnings announcement. Ellison claimed to be overtaking SEBL in the CRM space within the next year. This was just a stupid statement to make. They are so far behind SEBL they would have to double CRM sales for the next 3-4 years and SEBL would have to remain stagnant. I think the street will realize this soon and send the stock back up.

The April 120 or 125 Puts look good to me. If you have more of a risk tolerance, the 135's look nice, but I prefer to sell farther out of the money. You could purchase the May 160 or 165 Calls on a 1 for 2 basis using the put proceeds and still have some pocket change.

I am toying with the idea of selling Aug 160 puts. They are paying 40 1/2. This is a nice size premium, and I wouldn't mind being put the stock at a net price of 119 1/2! Any thoughts on this?

OT - Hope you had a great time at Bay Hills. I am jealous! I have been watching it today on TV. Woods just made another birdie. He is just a phenom!
