Rrufff,

I never said anything about a scam. I am talking about a company with some of the poorer financial conditions you can find out there. The company has boasted of 1999 sales of products in the $30-40 million range and sold just under $3million in the first nine months of 1999. They sold $15 million in stock, though, according to Auric's post. You can't argue with stuff like that. The company, by their own SEC documents has been wholesaling the stock to keep afloat while not selling nearly enough products to cover expenses.

Personally, I like the IDEA of wearable computers, I just don't believe that XYBR is going to be the company that succeeds doing it. Many companies come and go getting good ideas going before one or more finally succeed. Just look at the Satellite Phone industry. Just starting out and IRID is down the tubes. Probably one or more of their competitors will follow in the next year or two. It happens. The point is to recognize when a company is failing and move on to better ones.

Stay in the Black! jimS
