Obviously, "The Truthseeker" has taken facts and presented them as he would have you see them. Let's consider for a moment some other possibilities, shall we? After all, I'm *sure* "The Truthseeker" (sic) is only seeking the truth right? What makes this scenario any less likely than the one it posted? Isn't it possible that even if Schreiber himself is a scam artist (and I'm not saying that he is or isn't, I don't have enough info at this time to make that determination on my own) that was "there" when the company was struggling for cash and he obliged? Now he may be making a fortune at the expense of the current stockholders, but if the company is good, his selling will pass and the price will resume its upward trend, IMHO. Notice how the above scenario doesn't imply that the company has done anything illegal or shady. All startups struggling for cash have resorted to "unfavorable financing" at a point when they are an extremely risky investment. If the company comes through, the venture capitalist who took the big risk gets the big payoff (in this case, it appears that could be Schreiber?). Just another possible scenario among many. BTW, Estephen, this wasn't necessarily directed at you as you seem to understand the possibilities of what's going down here, just a general observation to try and "level out" the playing field here. mike
