While I agree there are bigger fish in the pound, all crooks should be dealt with.

Interesting, given how some here have argued vigorously that some crimes are not very important at all if there is an excuse of some sort.

LG....Hate to tell you this, but some of your closest freinds on SI have spoofed stocks at some time. Some do it regularly, and some only do it on occasion. I see this thing going on all day long all over the place. As a trader, I couldn't care less. When someone places a large order....that's their business. I decide myself whether I want to buy the stock........not based on someone else's orders.

I would suggest that "data manipulation" needs to be a distinct crime in and of itself.
