Folks are gonna get hurt big time with rambus.

X-bus using DDR has got to hurt. That combined with the scathing reviews of the performance issues with DRDRAM on the motherboard.

DRDRAM belongs on graphics and network cards. It does not belong on motherboards until it gets cheap enough to put in low cost Timna systems. The bandwidth and low pin count of DRDRAM are it's plusses. The poor latency and high price are huge minuses. Eventually the price will come down, but the latency issue is an inherent defect of the point to point bus architecture.

You are Right, one way or other, that is why I dont want to touch RMBS now. The Short Squezzz has this stock up 400pts in little more a one month and it can go the other route as fast.
