WT - Construction and Housing Industry boom ahead-- I stand by Richard Dent's Opinion (the roaring 2000's book and BOOM ahead) 1- baby boomers will be in the demographic age range for the next 10 years that is the PRIMARY Housing purchase age range 2- the WEALTH affect is far bigger that a % point or two change that Greenspan dishes out 3- Housing is the only tax write off left -- major incentive to own Just my opinion -- Mr. Dent's books have hit every nail on the head for the past 4 years
