Speaking of monks, my wife and I were recently going through the grim but necessary business of drawing up a will. At a moment when she was feeling particularly morose, I said to her, "Don't worry, if you go before I do, I'll become a Warrior Monk." She smiled and I know it made her feel better, but I think she believed me! What have I done? I said it, I have to stick to it. The only out that I can see is becoming a Worrier Monk, but that's hardly an improvement. Monk is the operative word here. I think I've boxed myself in on this one.
