I spoke with co president, earlier today and...

as Mergers pointed out in Post #607, financials are scheduled for submission to Edgar on Friday, 31 March 2000.* In
addition, Mr. Honea noted that the company is also looking to mail copies of the annual report to shareholders toward the
end of next week.

* Note: Public access may be delayed a day or two, depending on Edgar volume.
