I really doubt if I would classify Zeev as a fudster. He has been consistent in his position on Rambus retrenchment, and he is pointing out "news" which could assist that retrenchment. I think that is consistent. However, in pondering this, I realized that it has been quite a while since Rambus got any real POSITIVE news. Now, I don't mean Sansung and others ramping up production...that was predictable. Nor, Sony P2 sales...also predictable. The possible x-box news about using SDRAM is "bad" news. My LSI news is yet to be seen. Frankly, Rambus is just floating along right now. Tate keeps telling all who will listen that there are positive surprises out there, so I have to feel pretty good about where we are in this "neutral at best" news environment.
