Superhawk. Thank you for posting the response of Bill Murphy as pertains to the copyright protections in our legal system. So that no more misunderstanding or misrepresentation will occure thru my posts I will cease to supply what appears to be pay for view material on this public to view for free forum. Posting of material from lemetropolecafe.com that infringe upon the copyrights statement displayed at the site, including those of the respective commentaries implied, are in violation of the law, and I will eliminate any possible encroachment on these rights thru a change in the way I add information to this thread. Let it be made extra clear that freedom of thought and speech cannot be hijacked thru imtimindation of an copyright attachment, whereas common sense can easily dictate its bounds as in a person selling his stock picks for buy/hold/sell or someone doing an indepth analysis into world market affairs leading to a conclustion for buy/hold/sell, all information has a source prior to those who last transported it, and the copyright protection points to the person's analysis of the contained information, not the information per say. <<I would have posted this privately to Doug AK, but his PM feature is turned off.>> No problem, as like the flip side of a coin with one side that requires me not to expose my identity, this side presents the other side as not allowing me to have a private feature on SI as I who monitor others, is also being monitored.
