I agree. To me, its the same as the man in motion or switching blockers in football.

Those who are upset by this can rest assured that not only does time heal all wounds, but it wounds all heels...and someday, one of those 100,000 share bids being flashed by firm ABCD on ECN X is going to get hit by a quicker market participant.

The fact that "everyone is doing it" does not justify deception in what should be a level playing field.

I stand by my earlier statement that if one must resort to deception to make money in this market, then a stint in a federal prison is warranted.

Market Makers have long used unfair and illegal practices to swindle the public. The fact that the NASDAQ condones and supports these practices does not make them acceptable. I applaud Anthony for taking a stand against these criminals.
