jill...thanks...

what is rarely mentioned csco has a single focus, primarily routers and switches....the others as nt and lu...are more conglomerates, in the sense that they do everything from system design, installation and equipment manufacture....easier to run a primary focus corporation then a multi faceted entity....the multi requires much more balance to support the weaker divisions, at times taking away from the stronger cost centers....

Hi thread members...

I am just beginning my study of the wonderful world of options. Bought the Option Advisor by
Bernie Schaeffer. I am studying, high lighting, underlining...reading again and again. I have the most basic question still.
If you have exceeded the strike price before the experation date how do you get paid. Do you have to then buy the underlying stock or do they just send you a check? I know this sounds dumb but I can't find it in my book to save my soul.
I hope to be participating here but I have much to learn in the mean time.

Thanks in advance!!!

Mel
