Other than Mr. Tillett selling 56000 shares, the only other insider sales I see is 24000 shares. Maybe Mr. Tillett was miffed at being fired??

Is there some looming and formidable competition on the horizon? I see they have partnered with Cisco, and Cisco is an acquisitive company.

I found ESRX two weeks ago on a similar Investors Daily screen and bought in because the selloff made no sense. I have already made $$$ on that one. I honestly think these selloffs get started by one major institution selling off their shares (for irrelevant reasons) and then a cascade of stop sell orders come in.

I plan to do some due diligence today to see if the NTCT sell off also makes no sense. Monitoring performance of your computer network seems to me to be another "next great thing" industry.

The Island Quotes look good for NTCT with all sell orders well above its close.

11:01 ET NetScout Systems (NTCT) 19 3/4 +2 5/8 (+15%): Needham & Co starts coverage of issue with a STRONG BUY rating and $31 target price; says relative to its network management peers, NetScout is undervalued; Cisco (CSCO) partnership also cited.
