Soros...there are scans you can run that list, on a daily basis, stocks that are at their 52 week low and you could perhaps do your DD with that short list in mind...you should bear in mind though that most stocks that are at a 52 week low are there for a reason...personally, I think there's more money to be made looking after the stars that are bangin up against 52 weeks highs vs. lows, but one man's ceiling is another man's floor.
