I hear what you hear. In a worst case senario, running out of cash, the name at some point would be bought out. Think about this....Any site doing millions of dollars in sales should be able to figure out a way making a profit. In essence they take orders and ship out. So where does the money go? They spent a fortune in adv, hosting sporting events, tv, radio, etc. Their name is solid. I don't believe for a second that they will dissapear worthless. As far as Barrons goes, they print what they get and they don't research evey story. My guess is that some house is hoping to further drive the price down for a big score.

I believe this, they will suprise at earnings time because they basically have stopped spending for all that advertising they were doing. They will still lose, but much, much less. I put up my money, if I lose, I lose. But the winnings if I am right are a worthy bet here. The downside is built in. Amzn has been losing money since inception as has many others. Last time I looked, they were still in business.

I either read or heard today that E-Toy got a cash infusion yesterday. Is this true anyone? That should keep them going strong for a while.
