China does not have the military capability of invading Taiwan at this moment. The last time the Pentagon checked the Chinese barely had a navy. This is not my assessment but the assessment of the Pentagon.

The chinese people are not afraid of war with the US. They are willing to sacrfice a few hundred thousand soldiers for this noble idea of saving the motherland for future chinese. The two chinese said that if the US has 10 soldiers die in battle they expect Washington will pack up the fleet and go home.

Talk is cheap and the Chinese are not even very good talkers. Just how are the Chinese going to do in the U.S. fleet? With a couple of old battleships and a row boat they bought from other governments.

I don't think so!
