Richard, Part II

The Hong Kong daily carried a banner headline on page three and splashed pictures of a partially submerged submarine and helicopters, as well as photos of tanks and missiles

Please clarify: Is this picture of the submarine submerged or sunken? Are the helicopters, tanks, and missiles real and operational or decoys? but the real question I want you to answer is, now please draw upon the Gulf War experience of some years ago...Would you really trade Chinese defenses for U.S. defenses?

I don't think so!

Now please get back to watching the NCAA tournament.
