mig- i don't have POG chart in my data base, so I only chart the XAU..Here is my read on the XAU..
Short-term the XAU is forming a second bottom on the 3 month chart..My ultimate oscillator remains in a bullish divergence with price after a mature downtrend, so this is telling me technically, buy all the gold stocks you can get your hands on...As you can see no one else is buying gold stocks, so I will probably be stuck in mud for a long time...Zeev put the final dagger into my heart the other day when he told me he expects a few bumps up but nothing dramatic.. As the renowned Zeev states, "Central banks have divorced themselves from gold in regards to inflation"...But did I listen to the Rabbi...No!!! Thus, far I have bought BMG at 2 1/8 and PDG at 9(underwater in both at this time)
Secondly, if you look at a larger chart, I could identify a left shoulder, and a double Head( Hunchback of Notre Dame time)...The right shoulder remains to be built...
If this is the case, we should head to neckline at 70 within the next 30 days, consolidate, and sell off to 65 area for one month(form the right shoulder), and then take off to my 90 day target of 80 on XAU...

As I have said before, my Tech idol, John Murphy has divorced himself from charting the XAU and POG, simply because of the manipulation...The XAU should have popped last week, but it is under the controlling hand of the New York Fed, Bank of England, ABX, Hedge funds,Goldman...etc...
A free market, yeah right....
