Forbes article was just 1 page, very general in nature, unsubstantive and negative. Its main points were that there is stiff competition, advances in DOCSIS-certified modem may close the gap in certain advantages enjoyed by TERN's modems, TERN's management had made somewhat misleading allegations in the past (S-CDMA is the standard in the cable industry), and insider & venture capital selling. I wouldn't worry about it. The same thing happened to me with EXDS last year with Barron's, but I held on for another few months. Ha, that's funny - an investor hounding you on weekends. I'd pick EMLX and VIGN, but what the heck do I know over the short-term? Next week will be very interesting.
