OT What's the matter Michael? Here is the lemming basing XYBR and he doesn't like the SEC language of his favorite pick? I think the truthseeker is on the case and may be shorting it Monday. Oooops I forgot they are all part of the same lemming bah bah black sheep group. Here's the lingo for your edification from SEPR. Looks like the debt holders MAY get your equity mikeee. Moreover, Sepracor may be unable to repay the 6 1/4% debentures or 7% debentures at maturity or otherwise in accordance with the debt instruments
