The point I was trying to make that are time to be in a Gorilla and times to be out. For INTC 97 thought 98 it was dead, MSFT is now. I quote from the Gorilla Bible <g> , bottom of page 203 "On the other hand, if you have another game in progress, and that gorilla's position is preferable, then a good alternative is to execute a hedge selling strategy, transferring some of your holdings in the threatened gorilla to safer ground."

I have I stated before I have held only one Gorilla, CSCO, since it has performed marvelous for me. I feel I have enough skill to spot the trend and to see it on chart before most investors do, so I can move in and out. When I buy a stock, I buy it daily almost again and again, in my head. If I look at it at some point and I stop wanting to buy it, I start to question why I own it. In others words the company and stock has to proof it's worth to me, or I sell it. That statements goes with what meant about dwelling as a problem for some investors.

Darn, another realistic long term view again! (VVVBG)
The great thing about Moore's Gorilla Game is if you choose the correct company...you can relax and go do your music, art, fishing, writing, traveling, whatever you want and your portfolio will do its work without you.
But for some the trading IS the "hobby". (And that's ok too.)
