Well, I don't care what you consider a kid, but to me it's anyone who isn't old enough legally to drink. If an 18 year old isn't legally a child, why is he not permitted to drink alcohol. Kids are kids.
That site you cite is totally anonymous. It has no sources and as a result no credibility. It may well be a total pack of lies, but no one can tell because it is pure unattributed propaganda. I am surprised that you would believe such stuff.
