Actually, you misrepresent.

The case against Truthseeker is apparently still ongoing. What happened was a dismissal based on jurisdictional grounds. The suit tried to get a lot of defendants in one location based on the locus of the computers used by SI.

What it means is that they will probably have to sue the defendants in several states, a process which may be more difficult but highly motivated companies will do this.

The retractions, as embarassing and as "truthful" as they are, are still on Truthseeker's site. Check them out.

The truth is still the truth. He was enjoined, he was bashed by a Judge, ridiculed by the law, claimed he couldn't defend because he couldn't afford it (despite his claims of huge success as an ANALyst and trader).

Bottom line --- exposed for the scam that he (they) is/are.

They will be expunged as investors rise up and destroy these maggots who use Half Truths and Shades of Truth for their own selfish and self-promoting ways.

jjs64--This is what you should be concerned about. I seriously doubt you're a Conolog shareholder, that your participation on this thread is merely to support the short scam now being led by Truthseeker.

jjs64, how do you reconcile this?
