The fun part is in the filing of a 10SB they have to explain all stock issued and why it was not registered. All these pinks touting they are coming back are missing one small point. They have tons of shares basically their entire stock structure in the market that were NOT registered with the SEC.

Now how in the world they will account for that and some has MILLIONS and MILLIONS of share they have issued. SOme have been nothing more than stock printing machines ...

Will some of the 10SBs be nothing more than a confess to seling unregistered securities to pay for mangement salaries, debts as the month demanded and promoters or consultants? That remains to be seen ...

Coming off the pinks is going to take a lot of explaination, money and hopefully not canceling the existing shares and thus registering new securities under the rules of registration.

Now I doubt the SEC did all this delisting to the pinks just to have a bunch of the stocks come back. Plus they have changed the 15c211 also and a lot more.

Buyer beware more than ever ... Not sure if I am right but investing in pinks appears to be rolling down the window of a car driving 60 MPH and throwing money out it.

Personally I would hate to be a poster trying to get interest in a pink sheet ...
