Dave, interesting thought.

I have heard the same complaint about DIR and EGRP.

I had thought that DIR's policy of catering towards the $100k+ account would be very profitable by excluding riff-raff like me.

They are swamped, too.

For TWE to go up, the fed must signal that rising energy prices are slowing the economy without, in their opinion, causing core inflationary irritations. JMO.

Everyone has customer service problems. Too much business. If anyone has a nice OLB that isn't bogged down, let me know- by private mail! I won't tell anyone.

Dave you are right. I think as soon as the new hires pass the required number of days the phones will be manned enough to see improvement there. The Canadian government need to lighten up a little, on this new industry and then we're off and climbing.
