I don't think they've covered per se, rather with the potential tax free distribution of 1.19 shares of XPDR for each share of MMWW, one only needs hold one share of MMWW to cover each short share of XPDR and wait for the distribution to box.
If the tax free distribution didn't go through XPDR would go through the roof, as shorts moved to cover, but I wouldn't plan on that.
Unfortunatly I don't think XPDR will do well as once the distribution goes through there will be a float of 50mil shares. High fliers depend in part in scaricity of shares.
