Michael, You just contradicted yourself. to wit can raise large amounts of capital without massively diluting shareholders raising large amounts of capital ALWAYS is a massive dilution for companies like SEPR and PVTL. Massive debt incurrence which you brag about, certainly puts you in a dangerous position. What was the rating of that debt issue? Answer this --- it was suggested by Auric that every company with a going concern opinion goes into bankruptcy. Will you admit that is a total lie? Most do not!! Most companies that are start-ups and turn-arounds that get these opinions do in fact turn around and succeed. Will you admit to that? Or will you continue to bum kiss?
