Doug,

I thought it was awfully nice of Barron's to allow me to get a block of EXDS in my non-IRA portfolio at 63 in October, as I have held it in my IRA since 11/98.

I bought a piece of ISLD for my IRA earlier this year, and look forward to getting a block for the non-IRA this week.

The return on EXDS since the day after the Barron's article is about 500% in 5 months. Maybe I will get a subscription to the rag in order to keep them in business.

Regards,

G

Doug,
Regarding COMS there are so many variables and it acts always in total irrationality. If recent past is any experience COMS may get hit even if they come up with good numbers. But otherway round also can happen even if they bungle. There is another variable of restructuring. Then there is PALM's last earnings report by COMS. If that number is steller it can go move PALM up and drag COMS a bit up.
Then there is yet another variable: some good and definitive news about COMS distributing PALM shares.
I think the downside risk much less compared to upside.

I am hoping to see run up in the morning and then sell off in the afternoon.

I am as confused as everybody else.

What you think of ISLD? Tomorrow is the bottom in upper 70s
(intraday basis) and then back to upward leg?
