Its more than just "Fox and ATHM". Its another small piece of the revolution that will transform the way people operate over the internet.

I gotta give Excite credit- they seem to have their fingers in lot of interesting places.

"This is the most aggressive marketing of anything we've launched short of the channel itself," said Eytan Keller, Fox Family's executive vice president for reality programming and specials.

Melding television and the Internet -- so called interactive entertainment or connectivity -- has been clumsy so far. For starters, there isn't one screen. A "Paranoia" player must have a television and a PC in the same room and watch two screens at once.

But industry experts say the convergence is inevitable. For Fox Family, "Paranoia" marks its bid to provide programming that works both online and on television.

"This is not an approximation. We're doing it," says Keller. "That really has been our mission, to be at the forefront . . . of developing programming that actually delivers" an interactive show.
