Jim, Jim, Jim. When you make an argument that is contrary to fact you make yourself look like, well, a damn fool. As I said before, wrt Dan Niles, Paul carefully pointed out that it was dangerous to bet against Niles because he has had a long and exceptionally accurate record on the about to be announced results for both Dell and Intel. Over and over he gets the number to about 6 decimal places which leads many to believe has has his sources very well positioned in those companies. I didn't say that Paul hasn't dissed other analysts. But on Niles specifically, he was careful to point out that you had to respect his number predictions. I personally have not been overly fond in the past on his analysis, but his numbers are always dead on.

You didn't respond about the amazing Kurlak and his disappearing act. He can make your money disappear. Yeah, he got his share of derision on this thread. The derision was correct and he was all wet. So I'm not sure what your point was, but I am disappointed that you tried to argue from a position of disagreeing with well established fact.

Do you have a legal background? Facts don't matter much in that arena either.

Best regards,
Burt
