Druss - quite frankly XYBR is a speculative investment in which I've been in since it was about a buck. It certainly is not for the feint of heart.

It has many extreme fans and many extreme detractors. You can check out the pros and cons, if you are sincere, at the XYBR thread.

As with anything, if it succeeds, it will go much much higher from the current (approx 14) level.

The reason for all the hoopla is that Truthseeker came to the XYBR thread, in typical form, about an hour before closing, basically re-hashing the boilerplate auditor's warning (which can be found in many of the long picks on this very thread). I feel it was mis-represented by Auric as such that the next step WOULD be bankruptcy. He actually stated that the next step was bankruptcy.

With the deadlines for publication on Friday, Bloomberg picked this up as news even though the warning was in the SEC filings for the past 4 years.

I'm basically against scams long and short. That's about it. No sense re-hashing it. I realize Truthseeker and Auric are regulars here and I have no desire to keep going on and on. It's a small part of my portfolio.

However, when challenged - particularly when I feel there is an unfair tactic being used, the bashers will find out that they have gone against the wrong person.
