Silicon Trader, TDY spun off from Allegheny Teledyne I believe- is that right? Also what status update if any on the tiff with the IRS on the spinoff and whether additional common shares will be required to be issued?

That would not dim my interest in this stock, but would perhaps suggest revising mid/long-term price targets a bit.....
