Charles,

Initially, today's insider revelations felt quite negative, but now seem to be approaching a more neutral tone. Who knows how the market will respond. FSTW at 11 is a bargain when compared to competitors.

It is not unreasonable to see how an employee with stock vested for four years, would sell stock that has appreciated 5 to 10 times in value at prices near $ 20.

Roger explained his actions, and still maintains two-thirds of his newly acquired stock position.

An article similar to the Atlanta Journal report was published in 1997 regarding Wal-Mart's insider selling driving the price down to post-split value of 10. WMT now trades at around 55. This was a great buying opportunity for the stock, signaling the near term bottom for WMT.

Sometimes this information is very important, yet often it is largely anecdotal, and later proven inconsequential.

It will be great to start monitoring actual company results again to gauge the true value of FSTW.

I have been purchasing additional shares at under 13.
