It's real funny but even with all his loyal followers the Phantom many times has trouble running up a stock. I have a theory though that he was involved in all the buying of huge blocks of SYCR under .01 earlier this year. By sheer volume he is able to move some stocks. SYCR gets the "E" Friday and the bye bye to the pinks next month. FISPAC had nothing to do with the buying. Some of the former investors of SYCR donated huge amounts of left over stock that is now being dumped into the market by Chris on behalf of FISPAC. Stay tuned for further developments as to what the proceeds will be used for in the future. I hear great things are coming down the pike.
