Do you know how long a mm has to give a confirmation on a trade. I hit HRZG today at the inside ask on SNET preference and the order and his ask price just sat there for about a minute and I didn't get a fill. Then his quote disappeared and prices went higher and I didn't have a fill. So I called my broker up and complained about HRZG backing away and left the order in there. Then a full 6 minutes after the initial order was placed..while i was still explaining the problem to my broker I got a confirmation back from HRZG that I had bought the shares. I immediately sold and made a point, but I could have had over 2 points with a timely confirmation. Seems to me the order should have just timed out.
