You may not need to wait until April 25th for revealing information. The 10-K report due next week should contain important unreported details about revenues. Previously reported information shows the company shrinking 30% per annum. That dismal performance appears to be because the old products are dead, customers are dissatisfied, and the new product did not catch on. The 10-K revenue line items will tell if this is true.

Insider selling at the level just reported is also noteworthy. There must be an economic reason the CFO liquidated her stock position and now holds only 10 shares after 15 years with the company. There must be a reason the largest outside director/shareholder sold a significant portion of his stake at the same time. Read his posts carefully. Surely he did not intend this, but unfortunately post 1976 implies his sale was connected to options. It was not. Unless previous SEC filings are wrong, he did not exercise options or have vested options to exercise.
