Of course. If it is illegal for you to reveal inside information, it is illegal for someone to induce you to break the law. Conspiracy to violate the securities laws.
Should you agree to provide the information, Count 2 -- accomplice before the fact. Count 3 -- if a recipient uses the inside information -- violation itself. Many people have been convicted of violating the securities laws simply because they innocently received and used inside information.
