Michel, one has to take note, even marvel, at the dichotomy that exists between bits and atoms against the different backdrops presented by Internetologists and Nanotechnologists.

The Negroponte crowd would have us take the journey from the world of objects, molecules and atoms to the realm of ones and zeros, or bits.

The nanotechnologists, on the other hand, would position atoms, form molecules and create objects under the guidance of bits.

No, I'm afraid that I'm not aware of anything imminent, off the top of my head. Can you explain to me/us what it is that IBM did that qualifies their hard disc as a nanotechnology product? A url perhaps? I'm afraid that one got by me when I wasn't looking...
