If we don't consider tax, no difference. To take the distribution ends up with more shares, but the value of each share will be decreased by an amount equal to the distribution per share.

Fidelity Biotech is more volatile than the traditional tech funds, such as Electronics, Computers. If you think FBIOX will drop further, sell. If you think FBIOX is near the bottom, hold.
