The low float makes this stock very volatile. It is a steal whenever it goes below $35. INFT appear to be executing flawlessly. They earned $.13 per share on a fully diluted basis during the second quarter and they have been added to the Russell 2000 Index:

Inforte Corp. Added to the Russell 2000(R) Index

CHICAGO, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Inforte Corp., an eBusiness integration provider, (Nasdaq: INFT - news) today announced that its common stock has been added to the Russell 2000® Index. The Russell 2000 Index is a subset of the Russell 3000® Index, a list of the largest 3,000 companies in the U.S. equity market. Inforte Corp. was added to the index effective July 1, 2000 based upon total market capitalization as of May 31, 2000. More than $175 billion is invested in funds that rely on Russell's U.S. indexes as investment models. Now Inforte will be part of an investor's portfolio that use these Russell indexes as a benchmark for the broad market.

Inforte is a leading eBusiness integration provider, offering a unique combination of eStrategy, business-to-consumer and business-to-business eCommerce, supply-chain integration, and premier customer experience design and management capabilities required to build comprehensive, end-to-end eBusiness solutions.

``Inclusion in the Russell 2000 Index raises Inforte's stock visibility as a potential investment to index fund managers and to investors in general,'' said Philip Bligh, chief executive officer and chairman of Inforte. ``The recognition is also a positive for our sales and recruiting efforts, since the investing public could also include potential clients or employees.'' Inforte Corp. held its Initial Public Offering earlier this year with its first day of trading on February 18, 2000. Inclusion in the Russell 2000 Index demonstrates that Inforte Corp. has now achieved the status as one of the largest 3000 U.S. stocks based upon market capitalization.
