They meant that Intel's DSL Modem based on Globespan's chipset would be out first quarter of this year, and Intel's DSL modem based on their own in house DSP would be out later this year.

I listened to the Intel press conference in regard to a company they just bought. (Sorry, momentarily forgot the name of the company.) A statement that seems to keep coming from Intel is that they are dedicated to being a major player in Networking Broadband area and that they are pushing hard to create universal standards. This bodes well for G.Lite and hence Aware in my opinion. Intel has their hands in so many companies just for that reason. To help "persuade" so many companies to adopt certain standards that it becomes the defacto standard. I am glad Aware is on Intel's side.
