pinhi...
can i take a shot at that?

there is nothing more satisfying to me than taking soft money and putting it into hard assets and i luv real estate, especially the unencumbered kind. always nice to own some appreciating hard assets.

leveraging real estate with loans is great in times of high inflation...otherwise i am not fond of the loans unless you need them.

Hi pinhi,

what I tell people is, I understand about wishing to pay off a home but rather than do it in one lump sum, just pay it off in bigger lumps out of the excess you have from your call writing. Just as Bebo has plenty left after the good life, he could take a portion of the excess and buy some good psychological value by paying off a portion of mortgage without destroying vehicle.

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE IN THE MARKET IS WHAT I TALKED ABOUT LAST WEEK. THIS SHOULD CONTINUE UNTIL ABOUT THURSDAY. HOUSES STILL BOLSTERING FUNDS.
